Our Origin
Saguaro Brewing Co. began in a garage in Palm Springs, with a homebrew kit and a dream to capture the desert in a glass. What started as weekend experiments with local citrus and desert botanicals grew into a taproom that celebrates the Coachella Valley's unique character.
Today, every recipe starts with a question: what does the desert taste like? The answer is always surprising — and always worth sharing.
The Brewing Process
Mash
Grains meet hot water, releasing sugars that will become alcohol.
Boil
Hops are added for bitterness, aroma, and preservation.
Ferment
Yeast transforms sugar into alcohol and CO2 over days or weeks.
Package
Conditioned, carbonated, and ready to pour into your glass.
